§ 1 Usage data

Access data are stored in a log file for every user access to a page in our selection and every call to a file stored in out Internet presence. Every data set consist of:

the page from which the file was requested,

the name of the file,

the date and time of request,

the data quantity transferred,

the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.),

a description of the type of OS and web browser,

the client IP address.

The client IP address is used for the purpose of transferring the requested data; after lapse of its technical necessity, it is anonymised by erasing the last of the four number blocks (Ipv4) or the last octet (Ipv6). At the same time, the client-IP address is recorded for use of the Google Analytics service; we refer to § 3 for more details.

The stored data are analysed exclusively for statistical purposes. The data is not provided to third parties for commercial or non-commercial us.

In order to make visiting our website and the order process technically feasible, so-called „cookies“ are installed on your computer. Cookies are small text files with which your computer can be identified. They do not affect the operating system of your computer. You may block the use of cookies. If this is done, in some cases individual functions of our selection cannot be used. Please read the instruction for your browser software to learn how to block the use of cookies.

§ 2 Inventory data

Existing data (name, addresses), e-mail address, client IP address) are generated, stored, and processed solely for the conclusion and execution of contract, which in particular includes invoicing. You personal data are not disclosed to third parties. Any other use will require your prior express consent.

§ 3 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, i.e. text files stored on your computer and facilitate the analysis of website usage. All information created by the cookie concerning your use of this website is generally transmitted to a server of Google in the US and stored there. As IP anonymisation is activated on this web site, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that have signed to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the US and then truncated there. At behest of this website’s operator, Google us this information in order to analyse your use of the web site, compile reports about website activity, and in order to provide other services to the website operator connected to website and Internet use. The IP address transferred from your browser, as part of Google Analytics, is not merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the respective preferences in your browser; we would like to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to the full extent. In addition, you may also prevent the collection of the data created by the cookie that refers to your use of the web site (incl. your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:


§ 4 Google +, Facebook, Twitter interfaces

The website uses solely deactivated buttons of the social networks Google +, Facebook, and Twitter. Thus, no data are transferred to these networks. You decide to activate them by clicking the buttons and creating a connection to the servers of the social media platform operators; thus transferring data to the servers of the social media as defined in the agreement concluded between you and the social network. Learn more about type, purpose, and extent of data collection and use in the corresponding data protection declarations of the social media operators.

After clicking on the button a second time you can send your recommendation to the social networks. If you would like to recommend several pages, you need to provide your consent on each page. If you would like the social network to have permanent access to your data you can activate the buttons permanently. To do so, check the corresponding box under the gear icon. This results in the selected button being activated at all times. You can also withdraw your consent again later using the gear icon and deactivate the buttons.

The users of the web site have the right to receive free of charge information upon request about their stored personal data. In addition, according to legal regulations, they have the right to correct, block, and delete this personal data.
